Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American performer, songwriter and actress. She is most well-known for her role as lead singer and frontwoman of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Her talents are diverse. who made her debut in the world of entertainment when she was only two years old. She says that her youth was an exciting ride with plenty of work. Her family was raised under her Roman Catholic religion, but says she's no longer religious. Her family tree goes back to ethnic Germans which were a part of the "then" Russian empire. After beginning her career in children's acting, she later branched into music and modelling. The character she played as Jennifer Humphrey on the cult "Gossip Girls" series was a huge hit and her debut album of her group--'Light Me Up'--made her famous in the music world. It's a multi-faceted artist, but she claims that music is her passion. It is for this reason that she has stopped acting to be able to focus her efforts on music.
